Jazz Flute?

I am a freelance jazz flutist. Although I do have a basic classical repertoire and have studied classical technique, my love of jazz (both standards and contemporary smooth jazz), R&B, Latin, fusion and improvisation keeps me on the jazzy side of flute playing.

I have a CD of all original smooth jazz compositions produced with my long time “Braddah” Brian Tracy Evans released independently in 2003 and available through CDBaby and Apple iTunes.

I am currently a freelance flutist in the Honolulu, Hawaii area and have gigged extensively with guitarist Howard Nett, and with my trio the Cosmopolitan Jazz Trio, CJT.
