Sam’s Club and/or Costco is now distributing a MonaVie “clone” that costs $18 a bottle.

No minimums. No sign up fees. No hype to drink with your juice.

I’ll let the photos speak for themselves…

I just found this on Ty’s MLM Blog:

Introducing Frut A Vie:

Here is the price tag from Sam’s Club (a division of Wal-Mart) – note the comparison to MonaVie on the shelf tag:

Finally, have a look at the back label. I will be posting a comparison of ingredients soon:

Wal-Mart and Costco are not stupid either, gang. Building a business based on a juice that can be copied so easily along with hype filled testimonies that many times cross the legal line into medical claims will catch up MonaVie. The hype only lasts so long.

Update II (Ingredients):

Frut A Vie ingredients:

Proprietary blend of Acai (Freeze Dried Powder & Puree), Grape Juice, Pear Juice, Cherry Juice, Pomegranate Juice, Goji Juice (Wolfberry), Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Blueberry Juice, Acerola, Grape Skin Extract, Bannana, & 1140mg of Mangosteen Peel Extract. (incomplete – I am working on getting the rest of the ingredients).

MonaVie Active ingredients:

Proprietary blend of acai (freeze dried powder and puree); Fruit juice from concentrate (white grape, nashi pear, acerola, aronia, purple grape, cranberry, passion fruit, apricot, prune, kiwi, blueberry, wolfberry [goji], pomegranate, and lychee, camu camu); fruit purees (pear, banana, bilberry);d-glucosamine hydrochloride, esterified fatty acids, natural flavor, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

I also found a review of Frut A Vie on the Sam’s Club site:

ORAC Values:

MonaVie has an ORAC score of 1027 per oz.

Frut A Vie has an ORAC score of 3500 per oz.

An Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) score is a test tube analysis that measures the antioxidant levels of food and other chemical substances. If a food has a high ORAC score, then it means the food is high in antioxidants. The antioxidant’s strength is its ability to eliminate oxygen free radicals.

This is one reason why I don’t go for hyped out “one super product” companies…because it’s just a matter of time before the marketplace has a competitive product at half the price.

I am so happy to be with a company like Liberty Health Net with solid proven products at reasonable prices and with a Kick butt comp plan that pays and allows the little guy to make money without spending hundreds of dollars for over priced products every month.

This is list is of the wrong foods. There no such thing as food that’s wrong you say? Of course there is if you are trying to lose weight. Here are foods that you must absolutely stop eating if you want to succeed at keeping the weight off.

1. Pizza. Pizza is too easy to eat and too high in calories and fat. Pizza is definitely an anti-diet Food.

2. Hot Dogs. Hot Dogs are too high in sodium and fat. Both help you keep and retain weight. Too much salt also contributes to high blood pressure.

3. Ice Cream. Ice cream has way too many calories and too much sugar. Both are diet killers. Too much sugar contributes to diabetes.

4. Cheese. See #1 above pizza. Cheese is the main ingredient in pizza and although high in calcium, it’s also very high in fat. You need the calcium you say? Skip the cheese and take a calcium supplement, or drink non fat milk.

5. Soda. Soft drinks are hard on the diet with too much sugar. Diet sodas are worse with too many chemicals. If you’re thirsty drink water or 100% juice, or ice tea.

6. Potato Chips or Chips in general. Chips have too much salt, and fat. Have a craving for something crunchy? Have an apple or a carrot instead.

7. Cakes, Pies, Donuts, Pastries, Cookies and other sweets. You should know why you need to stop eating these by now.

8. Beer. They don’t call it a “beer belly” for nothing. Beer has too many empty calories which means calories without nutritional content. If you “have to have a drink” then have “a drink” (which means just one) and then drink water instead.

Cutting out all or even some of the above from your dietary habits will help you lose weight. For many folks, living on pizza, ice cream, pie, soda, chips and beer is an everyday reality and may find it difficult and next to impossible to stop eating them.

If you find it impossible to stop consuming any of the above items you must treat them like heroin. You would not smoke or inject heroin into your body would you? You must treat the above foods and drinks like addictive drugs (in a way they are more addictive) and realize that not only are they helping you to gain weight, but over time frequently consuming them is simply devasting to your health. If you can say no to heroin. You can say no to the above anti-diet foods.

Need help losing weight? Try LHN’s Weight Loss Plus. It works and it’s guaranteed, and you can make money with it too!

“…The dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible.”
— T. E. Lawrence from “Seven Pillars of Wisdom”
— Lawrence of Arabia 1888 – 1935

When someone looks into your eyes they should see something alive within you. Having a dream is like owning a lighthouse; it is a beacon that directs a community of men and women to see you have found purpose.

The dream directs us on our journey. At every turn we encounter its mystery. At each new level we become more of the person we were meant to become. In lonely times, when we pass through a storm of disappointment, we find our commitment is unshaken, our strength renewed.

Somehow, if we stay true to our vision, we emerge firmer in our convictions, believing in our ability to accomplish something meaningful.

As an artist, I have often thought that having a dream is like creating a sketch, since it very closely matches how I would begin a painting with a simple drawing. With a few pencil lines and an eye for movement, I find the right sense of balance. Jazzing it up with color, the theme emerges and ultimately the story is told.

The hidden life of an artist is revealed in those brush strokes, just as the highest hopes of the dreamer are revealed with every step taken in their journey to the impossible.

Every Saturday I read a column in the paper by a lady named Catherine Gallaso Vigoritto. She writes an uplifting column that motivates me to want to try harder and reach further within myself in order to find my “reserves” of faith.

In one of her more recent columns she wrote: “These are the best years of your life, so dream grand dreams and then go out and make them stunning realities.”

Her message is right on. We must all believe in our power to accomplish something better. We need to awaken to the idea that each moment holds new possibility and begin once more to see the world as a child does; wide-eyed and enthusiastic. When we see the opportunities that lie before us, we build more satisfying and joy-filled lives.

I like to write my goals down and post them on the walls of my studio. Believe it or not, they always come to pass in one form or another. Magically they have a way of finding me.

Setting the vision before my eyes keeps me focused. It may take one season or extend over many, but the result is the same.

Believe in your destiny. Keep your vision posted on the wall or taped to the refrigerator. Write down your most heartfelt dreams and when opportunity comes, step into your dream.

“..dream grand dreams and then go out and make them stunning realities.”

Often I have found that the world will seek to discourage the dream before it can burst through the soil of my heart. I have learned to treasure the dream’s essence within, while I wait for its tender shoots to become stronger.

Knowing in my heart my dream will one day blossom into the world, brings me peace. For a season we must protect the dream in order that it may grow quietly on the inside. But if we tenderly care for our deepest aspirations, slowly but surely the dream will become new life.

The journey of the dreamer is really a belief in ourselves. It forges passion into character. The dream becomes a pillar of hope we can trust in, lean on and learn from.

Dreaming is an act of faith. The light of your expectations will cast off the shadows of a disbelieving world. God has given the dreamer as a gift, to light an unbelieving world.

Find your treasure within and cherish it. Tomorrow is waiting for you to take the first step.
